Admin Support Officer - Fracture Clinic


We are looking for someone to provide administration support for our fracture clinic. As part of this role you will be working in our reception area and answering patient enquiries as well as booking outpatient appointments and scheduling waiting lists. 

We would encourage you to apply if you are a good communicator and are able to show sensitivity in different situations as you will able dealing with a range of people including the general public and hospital staff. You will need to have an understanding of the privacy act.   

Hours for the role are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. 


  • Knowledge and experience in an administration role – preferably in the health sector
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple priorities
  • Competent in using computer.
  • Able to learn new web based clinical applications required for the role
