Admin Support Officer
Location: Hutt Hospital
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role
The role is rostered and rotating so will include evening and Saturday work. You will rotate throughout all the off-sites plus the Call Centre – normally a week at each site. You will work 8-hour days with the start and end times dependent on place of work. Hours of work can vary between 7 am to 7 pm. We hold a late clinic each week, and when resources allow, we run Saturday clinics.
This role is primarily based at Hutt Hospital, with travel across the Greater Wellington region as required. If rostered off-site, you will be provided with a fleet vehicle so you must have a current drivers licence.
The salary band for this position is $73,476 - $81,164, depending on experience.

About the Team/Service Location
Our wider team is a multidisciplinary team covering Medical Imaging Technologists, Nurses, Surgeons, Radiologists, Data, Quality, Equity and Admin. Our department also houses Bowel Screening and Cervical Screening.
The Admin team consists of 14 team members who complete reception duties for all of our sites within the Greater Wellington region including on our Mobile Screening Unit. The team also cover the Call Centre and general admin duties at our Lower Hutt site.
