About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity based in our Reception/Outpatient departments. You will be joining our multi-disciplinary team working in a clinic environment.

We are looking for someone to provide administration support for our Outpatient Services. As part of this role you will providing clerical support to assist with the effective running for the service scheduling, booking outpatient appointments, & answering patient enquiries.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive problem solver who looks beyond the obvious and develops effective solutions to complex issues.
  • Makes sound decisions using a balanced mix of analysis, experience, insight, and judgement.
  • Demonstrates confident and effective negotiation skills in challenging situations with both internal and external stakeholders

The salary band for this role is: $73,476 – $81,164

We’re looking for someone who can provide high‑quality administrative support to our Outpatient Services. In this role, you’ll help keep our service running smoothly by managing appointment scheduling, booking outpatient clinics, and assisting with patient enquiries. Your contribution will play an important part in ensuring patients receive a positive and seamless experience.
