Salary: NZNO Meca $114,025 - $116,040.

We are looking for an experienced paediatric nurse to work 0.5 FTE as an Associate Clinical Nurse Manager in Paediatric Ambulatory
Service(Children's Outpatient and Community Nursing Service).This role will be job sharing with another ACNM working 0.5 FTE. If you are committed to excellence to nursing practice, have a passion for paediatric community nursing, have high standard of leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, we would like to hear from you. The ACNM role is an exciting and challenging role which offers an opportunity to assist in leading and coordinating the team to ensure the provision of excellent quality paediatric health care. Applicants will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience in paediatric nursing.
Mō tō mātou rōpū – About our team
Paediatric Ambulatory service and paediatric outpatient is a busy service which provides care to patients in the community and also in an inpatient setting. The role works with wider multidisciplinary team including the paediatricians, children's ward and community based services. It is an exciting opportunity to work with the team in Children’s Outpatient, Community Nurse, Children's Ward and other internal and external services. You will be working in partnership with babies, children and adolescents and their families.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 5 years paediatric experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Must be committed to a whanau centred care philosophy and have both positive and professional manner
- Current PDRP, proficient or expert portfolio
