Clinical Records Administrator

About the Role 

As a Clinical Records Admin Support, you’ll play a key role in keeping our medical records service running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for retrieving, tracking, and dispatching clinical records, making sure every request is completed accurately and within agreed timeframes and KPIs.

Your day will include preparing and scanning medical records, maintaining well organised electronic and paper filing systems, and ensuring all core tasks are completed within daily deadlines. You’ll follow established medical records policies and procedures, always handling information with the highest level of confidentiality.

The salary band for this position is $59,313 to $65,876, depending on experience.
