ABOUT THE ROLE
The Hutt Valley District Health Board’s Strategy, Planning and Outcomes Team is looking for a full-time Contracts Portfolio Manager (Mental Health & Addiction, Health of Older People) to join their friendly and supportive team.This is a critical role that manages relationships and contracts with key NGO partners.This role is a key contributor and influencer to HVDHB’s well established Mental Health and Addiction Work Programme.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has a sound understanding of contract management
- Has the ability to understand health information
- Has the ability to develop excellent relationships skills with key stakeholders
- Produces high quality written material
- Has a strong understanding of the Mental Health and Addiction sector (desirable)
In return, you will get to work with a motivated team responsible for change management across our health system, as well as the planning and funding of health services in our district.Our aim is to transform the way health services are funded and delivered in our district, and this role is pivotal in that change process.
