ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Fleet Coordinator is responsible for managing the use of Hutt Valley DHB vehicles, with a prime focus being on the:
- Efficient use of pool vehicles,
- Quick confirmation of vehicle requisitions,
- Customer relationships
- Management of vehicle movements for servicing.
This role is fixed term for 12 months.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Good Communication skills written/oral
- Calm under pressure
- Drivers Licence
- Knowledge of Fleetwise booking system (desirable but not essential)
