Contract:   Rostered & Rotating, Permanent & Part time (0.6 -0.9FTE) roles available

Salary:       NZNO Meca $73,566- $103,630 pro rata for part time positions

Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role

We have many opportunities for Registered Nurses to work on our medical ward and become part of our excellent multi disciplinary team, you will be able to utilise your nursing knowledge and complex nursing judgement to assess health needs, provide care, advise and provide support to manage our patients health.

Mō tō mātou rōpū – About our team

Our General Medical ward at the Hutt Valley District is dynamic, we are a professional, friendly and team focused. We have a multi-disciplinary team approach to provide best outcomes for our patients.You would be well supported in this role and have the ability to access more training opportunities.

 Moū – About you

You will have a current practising certificate as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and be able to accommodate rostered and rotating shifts.

  • Competent computer skills
  • Knowledge of the trends and emerging issues for the nursing profession
