Contract: Permanent Part Time 0.9 FTE Rostered and Rotating

About the Role

We are an eight bedded unit with a multi-cultural team who provide care to both adults and paediatric patients, with a specialty focus on

head and neck/burns patients. It is a thriving and expanding unit which is in the process of delivering dialysis. We provide excellent

  • care to both intensive care and high dependency patients. It is a supportive environment that encourages openness, honesty and professionalism.

About the Team/Service Location

This role is based at Lower Hutt Hospital.

About you

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic registered nurse with an ability and passion to provide clinical expertise.

  • ideally you will have:
  • Have a minimum of 4 years critical care experience within the New Zealand care setting
  • A current New Zealand APC and the right to work in New Zealand
  • Current Advanced Life Support and Paediatric Life Support
  • A personal commitment to ongoing learning and development
