Registered Nurse - OPRS

About the Role
We use use a multidisciplinary approach and caters for a wide range of patients including those patients with orthopaedic, psycho-geriatric and complex medical conditions.
In this positon you will have the opportunity to maximise the health of older people requiring both short term and long-term rehabilitation.
You will need to be team focused, have a positive attitude and an innovative and adaptable approach to practice.

We have a happy supportive team and work together to achieve the best outcomes for our patients and their families. This is a permanent part time registered nurse position (0.8 FTE) and is rostered and rotating.
If you have experience in the rehabilitation of the older person, experience in Older Persons Mental Health (psycho-geriatric) nursing, and you wish to extend your nursing skills within a multidisciplinary framework, we would like to hear from you.
