Service Delivery Coordinator- ICT


We are looking for a customer and results focused person to join our ICT Service Delivery team. This is a permanent full time role. 

The focus of this role is to ensure a coordinated approach is achieved for the delivery of ICT services to our customers. To achieve this you will be actively monitoring day to day operational activity, addressing non-typical interruptions, and responding to escalations from our customers.

You will also have a pro-active responsibility for creating and maintaining relationships with managers and key staff across the wider DHB business units to facilitate the support of ICT systems and processes.


As our new team member you will need to have great communication skills, the ability to take ownership of issues, and the ability to and corral a team to get things across the line for our customers.

Ideally you will need some technical aptitude and understanding of ICT, but this is not a technical role.
